Kim Robinson is the author of THE ROUX IN THE GUMBO. You can visit her website at www.kim-robinson.com. The thing that people need to understand about me is that I am a survivor; raped by a preacher at the age of five was the catalyst for of life of prostitution and drug dealing and abuse. I survived all that and now I speak at churches letting people know that they can change their lives as I have mine. God has a plan for everyone, for thirty years I could not say the word God or go to church. Now I can't say it enough.
